1) Artwork cannot be rejected for content. If the art is consistent with the Artists portfolio, and with the supplied samples, the Artists decision is final.

2) While the Artist will make every effort to create a likeness, if producing a caricature or portrait, the final creative decision rests with the Artist. The final art will be a unique interpretation of the supplied reference photos. No refunds will be offered for artistic content or likeness issues.

3) Refunds will only be offered under the following conditions:

​

• If the final delivery is late, without prior agreement in writing from the Client.

• If work is damaged, except due to mishandling by the mail carrier.

• If work is inconsistent with the Artists portfolio, or supplied samples.

4) The Artist retains all global copyright and reproduction rights to the supplied artwork.
