1) All completed items are currently shipped via the DPD courier service, to afford the best protection and safety for your order. Currently shipping to UK addresses is £10.49, although higher figures are charged for deliveries to non-UK addresses. Shipping price will be clearly indicated on the Order Confirmation, prior to booking.

2) Delivery time is usually 1-2 days for UK addresses, but may be more for non-UK addresses, due to delays at Customs. We advise 14 days as a reasonable amount of time, but it will be down to the mail carrier.

3) As soon as the package has been collected by the mail carrier, a tracking number will be given to the Client so they can track progress of their order.

4) All items will be packaged in secure and waterproof containers.

5) Please note, we do not ship fragile items, such as framed artwork or balsa Table Card holders. Clients are advised to order these items directly from Amazon, or other suppliers.

6) Digital Orders will be delivered in Hi Res .jpeg formats, unless otherwise requested.

7) Please note, that since leaving the EU, items shipped from the UK to European Union countries may incur duty/VAT applied at their respective borders. This is out of the Artists control, and the Client is advised to check with their local Customs Agency to see what charges to expect before artwork is released.
